Throughout the process, what really stood out to us is that she took the time to get to know us, and understand what we wanted from our wedding day. We had a number of video calls (we're from Amsterdam) over the course of year prior to our wedding, where we went through a set of discovery questions which Lauren had set out - these were designed for her to get to know us, but it also had the additional benefit for us that it allowed us to take the time to consider our relationship and really find out what we wanted from our wedding day. Our discussions with her through the discovery process (and after!) have positively impacted our relationship, but also our relationships with our families.
